The hotel is located on the right when you exit the Termini train station. The property is immaculate, large, spacious, bright with beautifully decorated rooms. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are according to the good old fashions of the hotel industry: double beds, single and double beds. Clean and large bathrooms with showers, bidets and 3 towels per person, hairdryer, shampoos and soaps, hair bags... I am very satisfied with the price and quality as well as the proximity to the center of Rome. I will come again...

We stayed with my wife for three nights. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The room is a dungeon of around 10 square meters. The room key is attached to 1 kg copper keyring. There are no safe box in the room. You have to carry your valuables with you all the time. The bathroom is not hygienic. The size of the shower cabin is too small. It is a difficult location to access. While taking a shower, the glass of the shower cabin may fall on you. Towels smell disgusting. I definitely do not recommend people with hygiene problems to come. You will get anxiety and end up in the hospital. They have connected the balconies of the rooms to each other. If you want ventilation, someone from the next room can enter your room. Water flows from the ceiling vent in the room. I was disgusted to stay in this hotel. I don't recommend it to anyone. Let me tell you, I wouldn't come and stay in this hotel even if it was free. The places where homeless people sleep next to Termini station are more hygienic and airy.

We didn’t expect much because of the reviews. It is perfectly located, the Termini is 10 minutes on feet and the bus stops are also close to the hotel. The employees were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was perfectly fine for me but I don’t have high expectations on food. The room wasn’t dirty but it’s old and the bathroom could use some repairing. It had air conditioning which sometimes had some noise but it wasn’t bad. It was perfectly fine to sleep after a day of sightseeing and to start the day with a good breakfast.

It's ok if the room is small and old styled. What's not ok is that it was extremely dirty and dusty. I found hair on the pillowcase and between the bedsheets as soon as I opened it. The bathroom is also very dirty with hairs in the shower. The surface of the desk and the bedside tables were so dirty. The room smells dusty... the ac didn't work.. the breakfast food was average. Wifi worked well for me. The people working there were nice and polite. The location is comfortable as it is walking distance from Roma Termini. But the lack of hygiene is a big no no. I Don't recommend it. I will not book there a second time.

Not what you might expect from a 4 star hotel but will more than do for what you need in rome. Rooms are a bit tired and dated. Location great for termini station. Staff very helpful and nice. Aircon worked great. Shower was good with clean towels every day. Breakfast adequate. Would recommend and would come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
