Not sure who in Italy gives out star ratings to hotels, but they should really review their criteria :D The positives: Staff was generally friendly, rooms were cleaned and towels were changed daily, beds were made also daily. Location was good - not very close by foot to the main attractions, but there is a metro nearby. Nice restaurants and cafes in the area. The negatives: Room was absolutely tiny, barely any space to move around - doable if you are one person, but for two people it would have been impossible. Furniture generally quite old, fridge that wasn't working, shower cabin was hard to get into. I believe the A/C may not have been working properly too as other rooms were much warmer. I think if the hotel was rated more appropriately (perhaps 2*), people would be able to adjust their expectations. But to me this is definitely not a 4* hotel. Perhaps the owners of the hotel should invest in a significant renovation.

Staff was really helpful pointing out places to eat. Room was small but had everything I needed. Shower clean and fully packed with all cleaning items needed. The only bad thing is the noise in the morning. If a room empties next to you before you wake up, cleaning staff will make sure you know they are there...the thin doors didn't help either.

This is a good hotel, don't be fooled by the reviews. Has good facilities, it's big and clean. Good staff and a clean neighborhood. I had zero expectations due to the reviews and booked it because that was the most convenient and available place for me in a short notice, but ended up super happy about it. It's old but since the entrance and stairs are made of some white solid rock, it feels as good as new. The rooms have a very hugh ceiling and really big windows, so it feels spacious. The rooms have a lot of old wood, still in good conditions though. The shower could be much bigger.

Really perfectly located hotel. Near two metro stations and tons of good restaurants for all tastes and budgets. The rooms were ok for a two star hotel with working ar condition, cold/warm water, good bed, good pillows, good towels, extremely expensive breakfast that it's not included in an expensive daily rate. The hotel staff are nice and caring. A good place to stay if you can get a promotional code or voucher.

I am disappointed about the room and the shower bathroom was dirty. The first time we war in Roma and the Hotel was not 4 star Hotel but around 2 star! Full plastic iat the breakfast and so much noisy! I ask in email the Hotel before we arrived that we will have one room up on 3 or 4 floor but they didn't answer for the email. The atmosphere a big Zero!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
