It was one of the worst experience in Dubai, bad management in reservations. Hence, to be precise, I made a reservation for a special family event and i have received initial approval from them. During the discussion, they notified me that the hall was reserved to some one else and he is from the chairman side, and it canceled because I did not pay the rent amount, even though I kept in touch with the relevant employee and i have told her that am ready to pay the deposit anytime, but she was absent due to the Union Day holiday. I then met with the responsible manager and he promised me that the issue would be resolved, but The amount was increased and I agreed, and then one day later, he shocked me that he could not do anything even though I presented him with a copy of the invitation cards for our guests, which included the name of their hotel. I was also embarrassed and frustrated.

Minimum at least the resumption guy want to know the availability of room in your property!!! The guy committed and fix the rate after that me and family Drove almost an hour to reach your property then he saying there is no vacant room... What is this? Is this called hospitality?

My brothers and my sister had a great experience staying at this hotel. It is a great location nearby most of key activities in Dubai. The staff are amazing, kind and dedicated. They make you feel so welcomed and cared for that it feels like you find another home. From the reception/front desk staff to security guards and the restaurant staff; everybody was very polite, helpful and always smiling despite their long shifts. Thank you so much to Shahrukh, Ahmed, Dilini, Natasha, Novad and chef Akber for the breakfast great variety, tasty dishes and your great care of my family. Thank you to Pascal and Juma, the security guards always so helpful whenevwr needed. Thank you to Omer and Nawab for your great care, customer service. Best, Passyna

Staff working at reception is very unprofessional and unaware of basic etiquettes of answering the phones. I'm also from hospitality and I've never this kind of unprofessionalism before. Some guy from reception answered my call very rude and was speaking very unprofessional. I would suggest the management to take care of this things and train the staff accordingly. Overall the experience was worse and unexpectable
