Stayed here on a business trip and was quite disappointed overall. The standard room was of a good size, spacious enough and not cramped. Bathroom was was very nice and clean. Unfortunately the beds are quite hard, but the biggest issue is the constant noise from in and around the hotel. Doors slamming constantly, the sound of water through the internal plumbing and the road noise outside mean that you're not getting a great night's sleep without earplugs.

The lady at the reception asked for extra money because she thought the booking was done only for one person, but it was booked for two. She immediately placed the payment machine in front of me to pay (28€). When I checked my invoice it clearly said the booking was for 2. I asked for a payment invoice and that's when she said there was an issue with the system and they will refund the amount. Felt like a low graded (fraud) hotel experience. The only good thing about the place was its location.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. There was the karaoke party on the ground floor untill late at night. This was crazy. We could not go to bed because of party noise. This hotel would not care about your sleep when you stay.

What can I say. The walls seem to be made of paper - you literally can hear full conversations from other rooms. Forget about having a nice night of sleep here, as it's a big hotel, several rooms in the same floor and people are always coming and going. Also there's no kettle in the room, or a smart TV with a casting functionality (just a regular TV and the remote didn't work). It's a very basic room. The breakfast buffet is a nightmare - never seem eggs that could look worse. It even seems a bit disgusting because every thing gets very messy in the buffet, spoons are used in multiple pots, food crumbs and spills everywhere. The staff is nice and friendly though, everyone, restaurant, front desk, etc. But the structure of the hotel is not good. The location is just ok, the station is near but not that close, you wouldn't want to walk there if it was raining for example. There's no supermarket nearby and limited restaurants that are not very good.

Crappiest hotel in Madrid ever. The mattresses will make your beg for mercy and the walls transmit every sound from your neighbor. Prepare for a night of Russian tourists or whoever they are blabbing on the phone for hours. Keep looking for a better place. Location is bad as well close to Atocha (which you can walk to from the city center in 20 minutes) and absolutely nothing nearby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
