        Stayed here beginning of December. Room was nice I’ll give them that. Was dirty marks up the walls carpet wasn’t very clean. Bathroom was clean to be fair. We ordered room service as a little treat and I tell you what, they charged us £12 for a store bought frozen oven pizza which probably costs them little over £1 to buy. I get as a business they need to make money but a 5 star hotel id expect a better pizza than an Aldi bought frozen one. Breakfast also wasn’t great, eggs were undercooked. Not many options for vegetarians either. I wouldn’t give the hotel anything above a 3 star hotel in my opinion. Never ever a 5 star hotel.

        AVOID RECEPTIONISTS LADY NAME AKIANA SOMETHING LIGHT THAT CALLED UP FOR INFORMATION REGARDING ROOM SHE ASKED DO YOU ACCOMMODATE ANYONE WITH DISABILITY SHE SAID NO THIS IS DISGUSTING AND DISCRIMINATION TO DISABLE PEOPLE IT NEEDS TO BE LOOKED INTO BY THE OWNER THATS ABSOLUTELY OUT OF ORDER Hi I have read your reply please do listen to your call recording I did not ask for cooking facilities if I stay in a hotel why will I need to cook don’t make sense so I highly advise listen to the recording, I asked if there is a fridge in the room as my sons needs have specific food which I will have already with me which would be home made but only to store the food that’s all I did not mention to cook and I did ask directly don’t you accompany disable. And she said no. I have no intention to put up reviews for nothing but when you get told you can’t accommodate disability and when someone is disable it’s not nice. All the best

        Lovely Hotel, but I didn't stay, just came for a 60th birthday celebration dinner. Food was great and the venue it's self lovely in the inside and outside. Great position right on the River. The spectacular views of helicopters landing on the helipad.

        I was there in May and broke my foot and ankle visiting a relative nearby. When I came back to the hotel they immediately rendered first aid and then drive me to hospital. I had quite a bit of food delivery during this time too. They were very kind and supportive throughout my entire (and extended) stay - something I will never forget. The restaurant was good and the manager just adorable.

        Great hotel, good location. Rooms are very comfortable and modern. The restaurant has a river view and food is good quality. We'll come back for sure.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
