        This is a truly outstanding hotel. Warm, professional care of exceptional standards. Every need is met with kindness and thoughtfulness. It was our anniversary and a gluten free cake, flowers and card welcomed us. Thank you. We stayed over Christmas, I personally do not like buffets as I'm gluten free and it's a stressful experience navigating the food, this aside the food is very good. The pool is beautiful with attentive waiters, the rooms exceptionally clean, the reception helpful. A fantastic experience. We hope to return.

        A very well deserved 1 star only because of the receptionist. When we arrived i gave a cash deposit in dollars, they kept changing bills until they took the cleanest ones (apparently their banks don’t accept old bills or torn)… now on the day of the checkout, they gave me the worst bills possible that no one in the Cambodian market can accept. I gave many back as they did to me. When I left I realized that there was one more that was torn and I called them and told them, they said that “i’m a liar and that they gave me good ones…” coming from a customer who pays 1000$ a night for their suite. I am deeply disappointed in how they ruin a perfectly good hotel with this terrible new bill old bill scam and how they called me a liar. Disgusted !

        Great experience with Raffles. I was trained from Raffles last five month.It was great time with Raffle family. In any Hotel or Restaurant most important part is Hygiene. So strictly they follow their Hygiene policy . Zero tolerance for maintaining Hygiene. Every staff of all section are very friendly. Even Management also so friendly. Miss you all..................heartiest.

        Great experience with Raffles. I was trained from Raffles last five month.It was great time with Raffle family. In any Hotel or Restaurant most important part is Hygiene.         I don't know anything about the rooms here, but after a night bus trip to Phnom Penh to take care of some business at the American embassy (which is an experience that all senior citizens from the United States should do at least once in your life so you realize how privileged you are) I needed a five-star breakfast and I got one here. First of all the entire place is beautifully decorated and nostalgically historic. In the restaurant, which is down a corridor like something out of a 40s movie you will find extremely nice and helpful staff, beautiful buffet and a tasty breakfast. It's so old style classy that it makes you want to put on your tropical suit with a fedora and pretend you're some type of spy. Well worth the 20 bucks or so. Follow me on IG, Wildalaskaken_official.

        If you want the best Cambodia has to offer, Raffles is the one I would choose. You can dress up to the 9s or be casual. You will be greeted by very friendly staff. I didn't have the opportunity to relax by the pool: we had a lot of business to take care of. But next visit I will. Oh and amazing breakfast to start the day every morning can't be underestimated. Great job Raffles and staff. FIVE STARS: NO WEAKNESSES!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
