one of the most beautiful hotels in Istanbul, if not the most beautiful. It is adjacent to Zulu Mall, where you will find all your needs. The hotel is wonderful and the services provided are the pinnacle of high professionalism. It deserves praise and return again.

All I can say is amazing. I’ve stayed at nice hotels and this one is the nicest s by far. Everything from the rooms to the service to the rooms is incredible. Only downside is the location isn’t accessible so you have to taxi everywhere but if you’re looking for a place to relax after exploring the city this place can’t be beat

I have been to many hotels in many counties and cities but Raffles was hands down the best hotel we have ever been to. The service is world class and beyond superior, the cleanliness is unmatched , the staff is extraordinary. The level of detail, care and attention is something I have never see before. Going forward, Raffles will be the first hotel we look into before booking any other hotel.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the magnificent Raffles Istanbul for seven memorable days, and I can confidently say that it was an experience beyond compare. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Allow me to share the highlights of our stay that made it truly exceptional. First and foremost, the Urban Suite we booked was nothing short of extraordinary. The attention to detail and the level of luxury were unparalleled. The suite was spacious, elegantly furnished, and provided breathtaking views of the city. We were consistently impressed by the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping team, who were always attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were remarkably generous when fulfilling our requests for amenities. One aspect that stood out during our stay was the thoughtful provision of reusable headphones in the fitness center. This small touch demonstrated Raffles Istanbul's commitment to providing exceptional amenities for their guests. Additionally, the availability of energy drinks in the fitness center showcased their dedication to enhancing the overall guest experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the pleasure of returning to our suite each day, where we indulged in the luxury of a refreshing bath and savored our morning coffee on the expansive patio. It was a serene and rejuvenating experience that truly added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. I cannot praise the concierge team at Raffles Istanbul enough, especially Mete, Erdem, and Deniz. Their expertise and genuine care were invaluable, and we are incredibly grateful for their assistance. Breakfast at Isokyo, the hotel's restaurant, was a delightful experience. The attentive servers ensured that every aspect of our meal was perfect. Although we only dined there twice during our week-long stay, we were impressed by the quality and variety of the offerings. Moreover, the option to enjoy breakfast in the comfort of our suite was a significant advantage and further added to the flexibility and convenience of our stay. The service is great, the location is excellent, and the staff is helpful, I have two comments 1- hotel took a reservation amount on the room, and this limits my shopping in Istanbul, in addition to the long waiting period for the amount that I have not received yet 2- I simply cannot book the room from the Booking app!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
