        "Raffles Makati: a place to exhale..." At the end of almost 2 weeks of constant travel, my family and I were ready for moments of "ah......". REST & RELAXATION! Raffles Makati gave us a place to unwind, to re-energize, and to ready ourselves for our trip back home. The Raffles Makati staff were knowledgeable, fun, and beyond helpful. From helping secure medication to coordinating a formal dinner for 8 people to assisting in an Old Manila tour, the Concierge at Raffles Makati is superbly trained, quietly confident, and ultimately professional. Afternoon Tea at Raffles Makati was holistically elegant. The Writers Bar space was imbued with an atmosphere of joy, camaraderie, and celebration, making afternoon tea with beloved family and friends quite memorable. In the urban oasis that is Makati, Raffles hotel serves as a bastion of hospitality, rejuvenation, and an overall exhale.

        A wonderful place to be. Likely the best hotel in Manila, with superb facilities in a great, safe location, next to several shopping centers, also offering a wide range of pleasant dining options, including the many open air choices in the garden of the green belt mall. What sets the Raffles apart above all is the staff, who know how to create a personal, pleasant atmosphere in this vast city. They will know you quickly by name, because the hotel (not the residences) only has 32 rooms. A special shout out to butler Ron, who added so much of his personal touch to make the stay in the already marvelous suite even more of an outstanding experience. I'm also happy and impressed by all of the front office staff and the concierge team, who were very responsive and never failed to get things organized and to keep everything up to date with a smile. Congratulations to the whole team!

        I’d like to thank everyone at Long Bar for accommodating us. The members of staff were all pleasant and doing a fantastic job. Also, I’d love to say thanks to Nicky for going an extra effort in giving us our anniversary cake; that was very sweet. My sweetheart and I really did enjoy our cocktails and the food was awesome too!!! Thanks Long Bar.

        Another impressive experience at Raffles. The service is top-notch and high tea on the 9th floor is a delight. A friend who's a wine enthusiast approved their extensive wine list, praising the quality selection. It's a great place for both tea and wine lovers.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
