We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The staff is wonderful. Always there and always helpful. They gave us good tips of how to get around the city and how to get to the beach. They also sorted out our shuttle service to airport even though it wasn’t their job as it was with a different company. The hotel is nice with nice little restaurant, bar and roof top view. The rooms however not great. Spacious and furniture looks nearly new and stylish. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the mould which is growing everywhere, please see photos. In the morning the floor was sticky, unsure why, as in the evening everything was fine. We kept the windows opened throughout the day but didn’t help. I gave 5 stars for the staff who is going above and beyond to solve and answer all the questions you might have.

The mirror on the wardrobe had a massive crack going through it. The floor was dirty, and our socks were covered in dust. The toilet seat was broken. Limescale on the showerhead. However, the staff were amazing, and the rest of the hotel seemed quite together. The area outside was very grubby, rubbish everywhere. It was around a 20-minute walk to the Metro, which we were happy to do. There are buses available if required.

We have just stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and it was very good. It is situated out of the city but had a very good bus service and the Metro was close to bus stop. The hotel was very welcoming, and we found Jessica on reception very helpful and friendly. There was a great choice of food for breakfast. Enjoyed a glass of wine on the rooftop terrace. We had a room on the ground floor which was very comfortable, memory foam pillows, and always looked after each day. It was for us, light sleepers, a bit too close to reception noise. We had a great stay there and thank you to all the staff.

Lovely boutique hotel. Extremely attentive staff who were fantastic at accommodating our needs. Slightly further from the metro than I would preferred however the transport to the metro is extremely convenient and frequent so not a negative in an way if you are happy to travel. Negative would be is the hotel is slightly outdated and the jacuzzi shower attachment was not working but shower was perfect. Would happily use the hotel again.

Stayed here for 3 nights - upon arrival, the hotel looks a bit outdated, but once you head towards reception, it looks very modern, great staff at reception! The woman I think Jessica very helpful, gave us a map explaining where everything was and where to get the bus, bare in mind we are 20mins walk to the metro buses are not the best in this area, especially the weekends. The metro is super running every 3-4mins, and tickets can be got from the machines ,very straightforward. So back to the hotel - staff amazing, very helpful, breakfast okay ,no hot if anyone requires it ,it's continental which was fine with me. The room upon arrival had an awful sewage smell so bad even with windows open , the bidet was leaking, which was fixed very promptly. Towels and toiletries are supplied, walls are very thin ,we could here literally everything ,the maids first thing in the mornings need to remember it's a hotel where people sleep ,they w were very noisy. I probably would stay again, but definitely not in room 447. Oh and if you boom through love holidays best of luck on your transfer as we had none allocated even though it was confirmed prior to leaving.
