This hotel needs a serious renovation. Might have been good when new 40+ years ago. Beds are so worn out when you lie down it feels like your in a canoe as one sinks in so much. Carpets and furniture are stained and completely worn through in places. Overall the hotel is dirty. Walls and curtains seem like they haven't been cleaned in a decade. Breakfast is OK, nothing was great but it wasn't bad either. No bacon with your eggs though. Staff members never smile. Clearing tables is either never or so fast your plate is gone even though you didn't finish.

I wonder if those who gave 5 stars stayed at the same hotel. This is a place which was probably pretty cool in the eighties but nothing changed since then. The furniture looked like it was taken from someone's grandmother's house but cleanliness is the major issue. The carpet and wallpaper was filthy in the room with the curtains being torn and a darker shade then they could have been. In one of the rooms there were bugs as well... The bed being super uncomfortable was least of the issues. The quality of the rooms is quite a pity because with some investments and a big renovation this place could actually be as cool as it was a couple of years ago. Either way, this is NOT a five star hotel. Spend a little bit more and spare yourself from the disappointment. Some parts of the hotel do look nice but you won't be sleeping next to the pool.

The hotel is very spacious and beautiful and more affordable than same star hotels. Don't forget to visit by the Kizil Gift Shop next to the reception. There are many beautiful and affordable gifts.

Good hotel grounds like the swimming pool and the gym. Rooms are a bit outdated and heating wasn't working. Service okay but without a smile. A bit far from city center walking distance but a taxi is easily available any time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
