        The resort was lovely and great value. The location is unbeatable and on the best island we visited. The beach was a bit crowded at times but having your own lounge chairs right on the beach for resort clients only made it a bit less hectic. We also snuck away to the plunge pool each afternoon when more tourists were about for the sunset. The room was as advertised; the only thing that could use a bit of an upgrade was the bathroom but still serviceable. We also had the luxury of having the monkeys visit every day where we got to admire them from a safe distance. Would definitely recommend this resort to everyone and from what we could tell it was the only one on the island to offer loungers overlooking the beach.

        Location is unbeatable but sadly the resort is depressingly old and in dire need of a complete overhaul. It’s definitely not 4/5 star, would be 3 star at best. Pool doesn’t look clean, the restaurant toilets smell like sewerage, and the paths to get from one side of the hotel to the other involve passing air conditioning units on full blast, the noise and sight is unpleasant. Staff at reception weren’t very friendly and the whole thing just seemed functional, impersonal. They’re certainly trading on their position on the beach for customers. Please someone inject some proper investment into this place and bring it into the present day. It’s a faded 90s resort stuck in a time warp. Our privacy cottage was certainly private, but I could not say much more in positives.

        Not sure how this hotel got 4 stars. Maybe 20 years ago it was fine, but for today's standards it's closer to 2 or 3 stars. The room need a fresh paint and cleaning. Our bathroom door could not close properly and the shower head need to be replaced, they forgot our welcome fruit basket on day 1, they forgot to replenish the mini bar on day 2, the swimming pool is always full cannot get a lying chair. Breakfast is quite limited in terms of choice. You have to pay for green tea but not for black tea. Only very few staff looks happy to work. The good things are the convenience of airport transfer and the location.

        Best hotel in Railay Beach and that's indubitably. 👌 We were staying in the first villa with our own private pool but even though we were right in front of the hotel pool and the beach the villa was very private. Only the monkeys would come to check on us for more food. The staff were very friendly from the moment we check-in to the moment we checked-out. They helped us checking-out very early in the morning and had breakfast bagged for us. Our villa had free mini-fridge loaded every single morning for free. Every morning we woke up to a wonderful breakfast by this beautiful beach. It's the place to stay in Railay for sure.

        I got two massages at this lovely place. I was impressed by the location, their professionalism and, their openness to feedback. The massage was above average and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Would definitely come back.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
