Hotel have a baggage lift for us that’s a good one we don’t need to take it with us by stair Our view from my balcony was amazing but the room was small and dark there is no air-con that I didn’t know when i booked it i know their concept is Eco but didn’t expect that lucky it were raining for 2 night so it cold at night also stuffs in the room are quite old I didn’t pleasant when i need to touch it ex. Light switchs ( forgot to take pic of the room )

I had a wonderful stay here. The resort offers a simple and eco-friendly experience with rooms that are cosy and clean with a balcony that offered a stunning view of the bay. I appreciated the resort's environmental consciousness, as they had a facility to refill water bottles and only provided a fan and cold showers in the rooms. I didn't mind the lack of air conditioning or hot water, as the weather was mild. The only downside was the breakfast, which was too basic for my taste. I would have liked more variety. Also, be aware that the resort doesn't have a pool, even though there is a picture of one on Google. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a simple and serene experience.

If only the noise of the boats would be gone… It’s my second time visiting this place as the location and the staff are absolutely amazing. However, I didn’t recall the absolute noise that the surrounding boats are making between 0700-2300 - as if you are on a military airport. Came here to rest and recharge, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. Of course this is not caused by the resort, but the community should do something about the sound that boat engines are allowed to make as it’s mainly coming from old longtail boats. The WiFi is unreliable as you can connect, but have zero internet and the water pressure of the shower is very weak. Other than this the resort is amazing location-wise, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is nice (on-demand egg Benedict, omelettes and pancakes). Would definitely come back if the boat noises were gone, but for now I would (unfortunately) skip the whole of east Railay.

We stayed at a bungalow resort recently. The staff were incredibly friendly, and they welcomed us with fresh coconuts. The bungalows themselves were quite lovely. However, there was a spooky element as you could hear rats squeaking in the walls at night. Sadly, breakfast was a letdown—no fruit and no milk for coffee. Considering there was no air conditioning, the bungalows were rather pricey. The value for money wasn't great. The noise level was also unbearable, with the ambiance being disrupted by the loud longtail boats passing by all day long.

The room is very dirty. Breakfast ran out at 9 am no filling up. They have only salty water for you to use in the bathroom/shower. This hotel gave us the worst experience, They have a very good social media profile that made us feel very excited to stay with them but in reality they provided such a horrible service! when we arrived at the resort, it was opposite from what they have shown on their social media. The room was very dirty, and had sand every where! On the couch, floor even on the bed! My partner and myself had a very horrible sleep and got itchy all night long, sleeping on that unclean bed! Bathroom also dirty but the worst part of this is the water that they use in the shower/sink was very salty, we couldn't brush our teeth with it, it made my body so itchy and made my stomach felt sick after using it only one time! How could you open a hotel that couldn't even provide clean water for people?! They have breakfast included in every room but their breakfast runs out at 9 am so if you are planing to have a sleep in on your holiday you might have to go somewhere else to buy your own breakfast! We told them we can't stay in the hotel anymore because of the poor and uncomfortable conditions. They said they can't refund us because of the booking condition, which is unfair due to the poor condition of the room and lack of service provided by staff. This hotel has a lot of improving to do. This place is not worth your money to stay! Very disappointed.
