Amazing view, really good vibes and quite place. whoever wrote in his review that it was difficult to go up, obviously did not see which hotel was booked.. I should point out that the hotel is called HILLTOP

Staff were very unkind even inhumane to my daughter who was passed out on the floor in the lobby with heat exhaustion. They walked passed her and laughed at her condition , no one helped at all. When she slightly recovered they continued to be unavailable to help. When she was trying to checkout the next day (earlier than planned due to the way she was treated) there was no one at reception and she had to walk around the whole property looking for staff, just so she could check out. No one asked her why she was leaving early.

A lovely hill top place. Our accommodation was good, clean and had great views over Railay. Main bit of advice I'd give for other travellers is do not use Google maps to get there as it will take you the wrong way which is a pain with your luggage. Search for "The last bar" and the access steps to go up are next to that bar. Enjoy.

we stayed with the family in June 2022, chose this hotel only because of the presence of 135 steps and a beautiful view from above. I did not expect anything special from this hotel, as this is a fairly budget option, but upon check-in we were pleasantly surprised. First of all, we were checked in earlier than the scheduled time, which was very pleasant. Settled in small houses, which have everything you need. Bed, dressing table and wardrobe, hair dryer, air conditioning and fan (we expected that there would be no air conditioning, so this was a pleasant surprise). Modest, but clean and tidy. The door closes inconveniently, it is always blocked from the outside, but in the morning when we left, we took away a flock of monkeys in the neighborhood and understood why the locks were made that way. The view is beautiful, the breakfast is excellent, modest, but they provided coffee and milk for the children, fresh fruit. Traveling after covid and knowing the situation with tourism in the world were pleasantly surprised. There were no rats in the rooms, but if you do not turn on the fan in the toilet at night, monkeys may well come to you at night to eat something tasty. Shower over the toilet, but for us it did not cause any inconvenience because we understood that we were taking a budget option.

Rooms were not worth the money. When entering the room hundrets of mosquitos were waiting for us. When showing the sign that we needed the room cleaned, they did not change the completely wet towels nor did they refill or give us new water bottles. The way up there is exhausting too. Not worth the "nice view" and the money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
