Decent stay, very closer to beach. The property is a little old. Hence, one could face difficulty I'm reaching your rooms. Parking is a bit of a hassle as it is paid per hour parking . At night , it becomes full when you may have to par the car outside . Food is nice . There's very little beach activity near by. You get a decent variety . Overall, a decent stay with familu and kids .

Rainbow Paradise Beach Resort in Penang is a beachfront hotel. Overall, it is old and not well maintained, but it is good and still pleasant. The room and toilet are spacious and are generally clean, but the furniture is old. Car parking is also quite limited, but we did get parking for bikes in the lobby, feeling it is quite safe. there are a lot of rooms to hang our helmets bike jackets and the hotel location is very convenient because food is quite nearby. a biker-friendly hotel

About 30 minutes away from George Town. Buses regularly go straight past. Beach ok, nothing major 😒. It's cheaper than a hotel in George Town. As a visa run, it is very possible, but I would stay in George Town for ease. Big rooms. Air b@b. One bedroom. Taxis was cheap with grab, so was ordering food.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with our recent stay at Rainbow Paradise Beach Resort, for which we booked two triple rooms for one night at approximately RM900. Unfortunately, the overall accommodation experience was shocking, indicating a persistent neglect and lack of management. Here are the key issues: Insufficient Parking Space: Upon returning to the hotel around 11:30 PM, we were shocked to find no available parking spaces in both the main gate and underground parking areas. The front desk's response was unhelpful, stating that parking is not within their scope of responsibility. We were left to coordinate with other guests to find a parking spot ourselves, which is absurd. Dated and Odorous Rooms: The rooms were aged, emitting an intolerable odor upon entry. The television was dysfunctional, bathroom facilities were outdated, and the carpets appeared poorly maintained. Fortunately, the beds were clean, salvaging our night. Outdated Elevators: The elevators had broken buttons and seemed poorly maintained, accompanied by disconcerting noises during operation. Staff Responsiveness: When we raised concerns about parking and room door locks, the initial response from the front desk was to deflect responsibility. Only when we insisted did we receive genuine assistance, highlighting a lack of proactive problem-solving for guests. On a positive note: The option to order omelets or scrambled eggs for breakfast was commendable. The room size was generous, including an unused kitchen. The balcony offered a direct and enjoyable view of the sea. In light of these issues, we hope you address the mentioned concerns promptly to enhance the overall guest experience.

Booked the hotel looking at some mind-blowing pictures but upon arrival was disappointed the moment I left the lift and walked to my room. The hotel felt like it was built in the medieval ages and had a very musty and humid smell all along the corridor and the in the room too. In washrooms there were cracks around the bathtub and its just a extremely shabby setup. The sea view was nice and there is a bar on the beach which is okay but extremely overrated for the quality. The HOTEL HAS NO RESTAURANTS IF ITS OWN , FACILITIES VERY POOR. could feel the springs in the bed which is the main factor of a room. Traveling from the hotel is easy by grab or rapid KL bus Staff was polite but the over all room experience was a massive disappointment Will not be going back any soon

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
