This is the worst experienced that I have most because of the receptionist and workers attitude are bad, the price too expensive. cleanliness are the worst. If you are foreigner they will charge you more and they'll tell better go home. THIS IS THE MOST WORST EXPERIENCED THAT I EVER HAD!

Not recomend hotel ! I did book this hotel with Pegi-Pegi January 2023, the Front Office (The Oldest guy ) angry and asked me to cancel it, he dont want me to book from aplication he just want me to pay in Hotel. Thats so verry bad atitude.

Soo noisy add night, because underneath this hotel is a night club. Soo loud off music sound, the door and wooden floor is vibrating and shaking all the time, i cant sleep from 12midnight until 8:00am. Very-very BAD experience, not recomended to stay at this hotel.

The male receptionist at least has a courtesy to call me 'Encik' eventhough the facial expression is not friendly but no big issue on that because it's the range of the hotel and he used to received the same type group of people that check in.The lady housekeeper is ok. The morning checkout housekeeper guy was polite and full of manners with his gesture to collect the key from me. Hats off from my side. The room is clean, mattress is soft, ambience inside the room was quiet eventhough karaoke lounge is at the same building.Its near to Lotus Hypermarket (+-) 10 mins walking distance. Towel and bedsheet is clean and I had 10 hours deep sleep before my assignment with my difficult patient this morning. As a former International Flight attendant and Physcologist now, I would say, I will come and stay in this hotel again. Based on my personal experience, even 4 stars hotels in overseas do not have this kind of mattress and ambience. Bare in mind, please bring your own water bottle since the water dispenser is near at the reception lounge. Overall, Im satisfied with the service.
