Location is perfect. The room is spacious and stylish. And the staff are quite friendly. However, the carpet in the room is quite dirty, I found quite number of stains on the carpet when entered the room and a seemingly blood stain on the bed room switch, so I cleaned it by myself and I started to have sore throat on the second day which was perhaps caused by the dust and germs on the carpet.

We loved our stay here. It is an extremely pretty place including a beautiful lounge. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We had breakfast included in our reservation and ended up regretting that because they only have two breakfast options and we stayed there for five days, so it got repetitive. Fyi, if you buy a dessert at the cafe, they make you also buy a drink (we have no idea why). So we had to pay for two drinks we didn’t even want.

Stayed here for 3 nights in Kyoto. It's an excellent location becasue it's right by the station. They have a nice Cafe aesthstic going on. Breakfast was superb and the staff was really helpful. Only negative I could say is that the carpet was slightly stained in some areas, but that can be easily over looked

Wonderful stylish and comfortable hotel with amazing staff. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. My room was comfortable and spacious (I had one of the premium rooms). The lounge was so nice that I had a very hard time leaving my hotel! They also make really fantastic specialty coffee. Finally, the location is very convenient with the subway stop just around the corner.

Aesthetic boutique hotel with a cafe. The room is a bit small but the bathroom is bigger than expected. Love the common area. Staff is friendly

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
