Large room, rather dated since this is not a new hotel. It could also use a deep cleaning — room looks clean at first but is actually dusty in low-traffic spots. Great, attentive, supportive staff.

I'm usually not a picky person and while this hotel had a decent breakfast available and the room was fairly nice, clean and spacious, the hotel failed to deliver on the basic promise of a good night sleep. I woke up at midnight to the sounds for a loud club music coming from inside the hotel. Called reception as was informed that there is a bar/lounge upstairs that has a club on Saturday night and that's probably what I'm hearing. The reception was supposed to contact the club manager to keep the music down but it never really changed. I was kept awake from midnight to 3am when the music finally stopped. Even ear plugs didn't help as you could feel the bass rumbling through the bed frame. Horrible night sleep.

Rooms are very old. TV is just a showpiece. Being from India the power sockets were not compatible and they don’t have USB ports for charging. Breakfast was very basic and food was very expensive. They charged 10% service charge without informing me. If you are from India, definitely not recommended. Except location no other benefit this hotel can be thought of. Swiming pool can’t be used even for kids too.

I don't recommend this hotel for early sleepers! This hotel is in a great location. In the heart of Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi mall is just 500 meters and many restaurants are around. Staff are kind and welcoming. Room was clean. Ok. First the air condition in the room was noisy. I believe it needs maintenance. Then I was in the 5th floor and it seems they have a club in the 10th. The noise was so high made me wake up and couldn't go back to sleep. Although my stay was not during weekend, the club was working to late hour. I complained this to the receptionist and they said they understand it and offered me free coffee!

Very clean hotel, worth the money spent. Supervisor Mr Jalid is very kind and professional, really appreciate that. Free parking is available. The hotel is not fancy, but met our expectations, for that reason, I give a five star.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
