Beautiful place and excellent location. The rooms were excellent and well-equipped. The receptionists were really friendly, and the breakfast spread was particularly excellent. I like how well-kept the property was and how close it was to big attractions. I will definitely return to Ramada again. The massage service was exceptional. I highly suggest Mr. Tahsin for his exceptional services. The atmosphere and cost were also really remarkable. I highly recommend.

Good Hotel in Almaty Kazakhstan..Good and courteous staff..centrally located..spacious rooms and good house keeping..Breakfast is also very good with lots of options including few Indian dishes too..Indian Restaurants are nearby..

Good hotel with quiet rooms. Massage at the spa was the best I’ve ever taken, and the pool was a great addition to the stay. However, personnel at the restaurant could be friendlier to guests (except for those at the entrance and those who were preparing delicious waffles/omelette - they were always very welcoming and attentive). Also, I wasn’t able to have breakfast on the last day and asked for a breakfast box with no meet and bread - it was quite sad to see only salad leaves with two pieces of cheese, orange and yoghurt. When you have such a big variety of food, what is the reason for trying to save up on those not able to join the actual breakfast 👀 It was a good stay overall, although I would choose a different hotel the next time in Almaty.
