Good breakfast, rooms are average especially standard rooms. Fridge wasnt working and room lock is also problematic,pool is 220cm sauna and hammam had a bad smell, gym was great, lacking bellboy so be ready to carry all your luggage by yourself but Mr. Samir on the reception was also very helpful from booking our rooms and also helping us carry our luggage to providing room service all by himself. Hotel lacks staff in the off season to be honest. Great view of beach though from our room. No shops or restaurants nearby so you have to bolt/uber anywhere u want to go

Very bad experience at this hotel, 1.breakfast is bad and no effort by staff to adhere to requests. 2. Booked through agoda ,it said all tax included but still they collected city tax. 3. Difficult to reach them on phone, no one picks up. 4. It is far from the city. 5. Bathroom mirror one could not see one's face ,it has lost its silvering. Rooms are ok, furnitures are old ,cleanliness of other facilities is not good. 6. Communication with staff difficult, not english trained. 7. On checkout day they added random women to our room and wanted to charge guest fee, on insisting to check camera they said ok mistake from their end. Only good thing is the view , being from a big hotel chain didn't expect this it is being run like a cheap motel,better close down.

Horrified at their service!If I could give a zero I would have! Never ever had such a horror of so called 5 star Hotel. STAFF doesnt give a damn to customers requirement.Very dirty rooms.No one speaks a word of English at Room service or restaurant. After severe complaints no one took notice and the rooms are left at mercy! Dusty,dirty bedsheets,stinky towels!! Never ever going back there! Sharing some pictures of how the bed was done.And previous guests soap stuck in toothbrush holder... there for 4 days...after numerous complaints they sent someone to clean the washroom! Dusty tables.stinky rooms!

We did not expect that RAMADA would operate on this kind of standard. Furnitures are old, bed is so dirty, stained, and even has bed bugs! mattress itself is already deformed/ wornout. Bidet is leaking. And has sewage smell in the toilet. Breakfast option isn’t mentioned in online booking, and when you reach them, they would tell that you didn’t booked for it. Hence, you have to pay separately for it. What a waste of money. Guesthouses and other airbnb is way better than this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
