Its a 1 BHK service apartment, Bedroom is little small, but rooms are clean, washrooms are large. It has a washing machine in the balcony as well. Overall a comfortable stay. BF can be improved but nothing to complain about.. Recommended

This is a really nice hotel near a lot of great restaurants in Ekkamai area of Bangkok. My room on the 5th floor #53 was great. Kitchen, balcony with laundry, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. My only suggestion to the hotel is to change the couch as you are literally sitting on springs. There isn’t cushion anymore. This wouldn’t stop me from staying there again. They also have a free shuttle to the BTS High Five to manager Ball who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable 🙌

Very nice budget apartment for an extended stay. The 1-bedroom is large with a functional kitchen, dining table, and comfortable bed. Good service and housekeeping and you can request a shuttle to the BTS station. Walking to the hotel is a bit difficult, though, as the alley is very small and there is two-way traffic. Location: in Ekamai 10 alley, there is a 7/11 when you reach Ekamai Rd; Super C, Tops, and Don Don Donki Mall are all nearby as well. Rooms: spacious rooms, very quiet, AC worked fine, and good value for money. Amenities: there is no gym or pool, but a cafe/bar is downstairs. Service was pleasant and housekeeping was good. Stayed here last week for a business catch up. Actually use to stay here before covid on and off for 2years. Recommended Ten to the work guys for this trip. Never recognised the reception, new management have done a great job! Good to have an area now to eat and drink.. This is now out goto spot to stay in BKK. Service team super friendly, rooms as I remembered them, clean and serviced daily. Great to have seperate bedroom, small living room and kitchenette… Really happy to come back, will continue to stay here. TukTuk service available to surrounding area and BTS.. Value for $….

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
