This hotel is amazing if you’re staying in Budapest, it’s a 5 min walk, if that, from fashion street. The hotel is super clean and the staff are all really friendly. I would say if you’re like me and like a full English do not get the breakfast. We did one morning and we did not like it at all. The only hot food was eggs and hash browns. The room was really big and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this hotel in Budapest!

Great location! Rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious!! The only issue we had was our air conditioning unit kept malfunctioning during our stay, but it was promptly fixed each time. Staff he was also incredibly friendly!

Great location! Nice rooms. The beds are more firm than I like, especially after walking 5-7 miles every day & the shower looks great but is a bit tricky - I got a lot of water on the floor, unfortunately 😕. Good price, decent rooms, great location!

The Staff: We were scheduled to check into the Ramada Budapest City Center at 11:00 on June 24; however we missed our connection in Frankfurt, so we arrived at 00:58 the next morning. I mention this as background to say that we were beyond weary upon our arrival and the front desk was simply fabulous. The Location: This hotel is well located and only a short walk (less than 15 minutes) to the main “must see” tourist sites, including St. Stephen’s Basilica, the Danube and the Erzsébet Bridge. The Room: The room was larger than most chain hotels, and it was clean, modern and the air-conditioning worked well too. We had a corner room facing Petőfi Sándor u. Which was great to be able to look down the street rather than at another building.

Greet location in the city center near everything. The service is really good and the room is clean. Staffs are friendly ، special thanks for the operating manager; Henrietta is so friendly , helpful and supportive. I really enjoyed my stay and will recommend to my friends to stay here .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
