Amazing staff! Manager served us, lovely customer service even upgraded our room for us which we were thankful for, offered to help carry our things up the stairs and gave us a great discount for all the family as we are local! 10/10 rooms are great condition AC fan and all, 100% coming back here.

I would like to say the room at Ramada was very well maintained clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked well to compensate the hot wheather. Staff were very helpful. This place is within walking distance to the city and shopping centers. The place was very quiet so you can have a good night sleep and there is a nice size pool to swim in. Whenever I'm in Cairns again I would be sure to return to Ramada and I would recommend this place for anyone to stay there

All started off well when we were able to check in slightly early. We parked our car in the underground car park and from there my heart sank. The lift up to our floor was dated and dirty, the corridors were also dated with rusty disability ramps. I opened the door with a sense of dread and it was confirmed. The floor was terracotta outdoor tiles with dirty grout in between. The bathroom was dated and so was the furniture, the bed was also small. There were lovely white plantation blinds on the windows but a couple of slats were missing which allowed light to come in and wake us up early. We had only been there a few hours and the Internet went down. I went down reception and was told it would be reset...after a few more hours my husband went down and was told it would be reset but still didn't work. It's now been 24 hours and still not working. As we didn't want housekeeping coming in and we didn't have a 'do not disturb ' sign in our room we went to ask in reception only to be told they don't have them but he would let housekeeping know not to do our room. We have just come back after a day out and our room had been cleaned. After travelling round Australia this is the worst room we have stayed in and definitely not a 4 star...a 2 at best. Very disappointed.

I am sure at one time this hotel was great. Not now. The whole place needs some serious TLC. I was there Sept 2023. They were painting the rooftops? Really need to upgrade the rooms instead. No WIFI for most days. Quite dirty (window sills, behind doors, net curtain, skirting board. Room 223 smelt of gas, bathroom electrics did not work, air con very noisy. Glass tops on tables dirty. Restaurant where you get breakfast, was also dirty. Cobwebs on pictures, dirty windowsills etc. Under the bed was extremely dusty (I have worked in housekeeping). The bath was stained and I had to climb in for the shower, slippy. Under the toilet rim was disgusting. Deep clean your rooms guys. On a positive, the staff were very nice and the bed was comfy. Real shame. 4 star you are not, 2-3 at best.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Ramada Cairns Hotel. It offers basic comfort. The bed was excellent, so was the room service. Breakfast times were very suitable, the spread excellent and varied.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
