I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. While there were some positive aspects, I have a few concerns that I believe need attention. Firstly, I noticed that the elevators require maintenance. Throughout my stay, there was a persistent abnormal sound coming from the elevators. This was quite noticeable and made for an unpleasant experience. I would strongly recommend addressing this issue promptly to ensure the comfort and safety of your guests. Secondly, I found the parking situation to be inadequate. Considering the number of rooms in the hotel, there were simply not enough parking spaces available. As a result, I had to park my vehicle around 5 minutes away from the hotel and walk back. This was inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. I suggest exploring options to increase the parking capacity or providing alternative arrangements for guests who are unable to find parking on-site. Despite these concerns, I would like to acknowledge the positive aspects of my stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall cleanliness of the premises was satisfactory. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. In conclusion, I urge the hotel management to prioritize maintenance of the elevators and address the sound issue promptly. Additionally, please consider expanding the parking facilities to cater to the number of rooms available. By addressing these concerns, I believe the overall experience for guests will be significantly improved.

I stayed in Room 1108, the room kinda specious , the key card didn’t work for the whole stay (4 nights) each time I wanna enter the room I have to call someone from the reception!! , perception staff are very helpful, and they offered me to change the room on my last night, I didn’t, because I had to check out the next morning😅 The housekeepers are all very helpful I remember Islam was very genuine and helpful with what they have of elements. There are some stains in the bed sheets/linen which I did not like at all. The toilet kinda old. The location is really very convenient specially in winter time when it’s convenient to walk around.

It's really hard to find parking , no phone to call from the room, reception unhelpful & no welcoming , you have to carry your luggage by your own no hotel safety deposit box, should be 3 star I don't know why give them 4 star. the net very weak

I recently had an overnight stay at Ramada Doha Old Town, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. This was my second visit to a Wyndham property, and I must say, it was highly disappointing. 👃 The room had an overwhelming smell of sewage and urine, making it an uncomfortable stay from the start. 🛌 Despite promises in the booking, the room lacked basic essentials such as small towels, slippers, an iron, and a newspaper. 🚽 The toilet floor was wet and the bathtub was dirty and the trash can is broken raising concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. 📺 The TV in the room was non-functional. 🍽️ To top it off, I placed an in-room dining order with the receptionist, only to wait for almost an hour and then find out my order had been forgotten. As a returning guest, I expected a level of service in line with the reputed Wyndham Hotel Group. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues and improve the overall guest experience.

The hotel service is good. The housekeeping was amazing.I would really recommend to stay here for vacations. Thank you to housekeeper Emon who did a great and fantastic job.Also their breakfast buffet has so many options to choose from too. Everything is amazing in this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
