Unlike Korea, there was no insect screen and air conditioner, so if I opened the door because it was hot, I was a little uncomfortable with flying insects came in . Other than that, the service and the rest of the room were good, the fitness center and sauna facilities were spacious and comfortable, so it was convenient, and I was satisfied with the breakfast. But I left my Galaxy wireless earphone in my room, and the hotel number was set up so that international calls could not be made. I would appreciate it if you could tell me other means of contact.

No AC, room was well over 27C. Restaurant and bar was both closed by 20.30 on the day we arrived. When we asked for recommendations for where to go for dinner they only had one, which had already closed an hour before the time the hotel reception told us they'd be open till. Good breakfast though.

Quiet hotel outside of Dresden. The rooms are comfortable and bright, staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing that is rather unfortunate is it’s location - about 30-45 minutes away from the main sights by bus. We nevertheless enjoyed our stay here. Note that, as of July 2023, their restaurant isn’t open for lunch or dinner. Breakfast is possible though!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada by Wyndham Dresden, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's warm and welcoming atmosphere, as well as its commitment to providing guests with a truly memorable stay. One of the things that stood out to me about the Ramada by Wyndham Dresden was the quality of the accommodations. My room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities I could have needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches such as complimentary water and coffee in the room. Another highlight of my stay was the hotel's exceptional customer service. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. Whether I needed recommendations for local attractions or help with arranging transportation, the staff were always willing to assist me in any way they could. One of the things that sets the Ramada by Wyndham Dresden apart from other hotels is its convenient location. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel is just a short walk away from many of Dresden's top attractions, including the famous Frauenkirche and Zwinger Palace. Additionally, the hotel offers easy access to public transportation, making it simple to explore other areas of the city. Finally, I was impressed by the range of amenities and services offered by the Ramada by Wyndham Dresden. The hotel itself visibly needs refurbishment, all look like from 90, but for a cheap night it's enough. However, what really pissed me off is not responding to emails about my expensive headphones that left in a hotelroom, I don't recommended this facility.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
