        Black Ramada Ajman Hotel is a very lovely place to stay. All staff members are highly attentive, professional, and helpful. Housekeeping services are remarkable, big thanks to Alameen who always maintained my room clean and tidy. He is also a very polite and responsible person. The food is superb, various for all tastes, plenty, of uncountable dishes, and the quality is on the highest level with a very hardworking staff. Thank you, for my pleasant stay!

        Centrally located, stunning black building, well furnished single and studio rooms. Mostly occupied by Russian tourists. Room service is quick, Sai is the guy who is cleaning my room, he is polite and always cheerful.

        A very excellent hotel in terms of location and means of transportation. The staff are very good and have a high degree of respect, taste, friendliness and cooperation. I especially mention Mr. Dawood, who is responsible for the room cleaning service on the 12th floor of the second tower. He is truly a respectable person.

        Black Ramada Ajman Hotel is a very lovely place to stay. All staff members are highly attentive, professional, and helpful.         very pleasant place to stay and we have visited several times already but the latest one is remarkable in terms of housekeeping services. Special thanks to Mr Foysal who maintained our room tidy at all times.He is also very polite and a Handsome person. And also area supervisor Mr Ali very caring.           Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
