        I recently stayed at the Hotel Ramada By Wyndham in Taksim, Istanbul, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the hotel's location is superb. It's right in the heart of Taksim, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city and access public transportation. However, my stay was marred by the poor service I received. One of the most basic expectations I have when staying in a hotel is that I should receive a daily supply of drinking water during room cleaning. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Hotel Ramada. It was disappointing to have to request water every day, and even then, it wasn't always promptly provided. On a more positive note, the room itself was tidy and well-maintained. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my accommodation also the fantastic breakfast selection. It's just a bad feeling that the service aspect didn't match up to the room quality and the excellent location. In summary, Hotel Ramada By Wyndham at Taksim, Istanbul, has a lot of potential due to its prime location and comfortable rooms. However, the lack of attention to basic amenities like daily water supply during room cleaning was a significant downside to my stay. I hope they can improve their service in the future to match the quality of their rooms and location.

        Very poor quality of services. Didn't even provide the basic things in room. And asked to get the toothbrush and paste they didn't provide us .this is the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. A normal lodge is do better service than them

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests I had. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. The amenities offered in the room exceeded my expectations, and I appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable stay. One highlight of my stay was the hotel's location.         I had a very disappointing experience at Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Taksim. Despite requesting a suite, they gave us a standard twin room. When we showed them the voucher for the suite, the hotel staff initially claimed that we had booked a standard room, not a suite. After insisting, they finally admitted that the suite had electrical issues and couldn't be given to us. It was extremely unprofessional and deceitful of them to lie to us initially. Even until the last day of our stay, they didn't resolve the issue and instead gave us a standard room on a lower floor without a decent view, despite charging us for the suite. They didn't even apologize or offer us a better room or any other compensation. The behavior and attitude of most of the hotel staff were rude and disrespectful. In the end, we managed to get some extra money back from the travel agency that had booked the hotel for us. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone as it will only frustrate you. The breakfast at the hotel was also mediocre. Overall, my experience at Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Taksim was extremely disappointing due to their dishonesty, poor customer service, and lack of professionalism.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
