        Our first room was filthy. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There had obviously been an electrical fault with a wall heater in the room judging by the loose wires and scorch marks on the plug. There was no warning attached to the item. We asked to be relocated which was not a problem. The second room was better, the bathroom was clean. However the tissue box next to the sink had been nailed to the countertop and tap couldn't be turned off. The corded kettle had not been electrically tested as there was no sticker on it. There was an unrelated kettle base next to the kettle which did have a sticker. There are no sockets by the bedside tables. The walls/woodwork were grubby and marked and the carpet had seen better days. The rooms were not appealing even for our short two night stay. We did not have breakfast at £25 per head.

        I stayed there for a few nights during my visit to London. I am not satisfied with the behavior of the hotel staff; I requested more than three times to get an additional pillow. During housekeeping, I informed the hotel staff to change the uncleaned kettle and provide a missing plug for the bathtub, but the receptionist shouted back. And they always kept it the same. The staff needed to be made aware of the requests. There was a safety beep sound that kept on noticing. The rooms are OK and clean enough.

        Staying at the Ramada London is generally a pleasure. Rooms are more than adequate and most of the time value for money. Parking is easy, the check in is smooth, with the staff generally accommodating with the room preferences. Any minor faults with facilities, if any, are dealt with in good time. I have been staying regularly for the past few years and have never had a serious issue.

        Staff were abysmal, they where rude to my colleague when he asked about parking and when I told them there was what looked like a whole jar of jam on the floor in the reception area they told me they knew about it, was still there 2 hours later. The person working on the bar was laughable, so bad she was actually entertaining. They all had plenty of time to talk to each other through the day tho and as a customer you felt like a real problem for them.

        Parking was free which was great but the rooms and bed were abysmal, the bed was two single beds put together and super cheap bouncy type which one side had collapse slightly. The bathroom was not the cleanest but acceptable. Room was acceptable cleanliness but not the best. Bad night's sleep.
