        The hotel staff took great care of me when a few issues popped up. Judy at the front desk, Benny from security, and Chris (I think that was his name) from maintenance were all awesome. The room and bathroom were clean. The neighborhood isn't the greatest but I lived in the area for 11 years so it was like coming home. Thanks for a great stay.

        Here due to family member being careflighted to hospital. The staff is friendly. Was told if anyone did not have a valid ID they would not be allowed to stay in a room. To me that is bad business practice. I work for a Wyndham hotel myself and very familiar with Wyndham policy’s and what not. I understand some hotels can have their own policies this policy in my opinion is just not a good policy. Next I got put into a room and the heater did not work the front desk lady was quick to move me to a new room since no one was available to check it out. Other than the heater the room was great. The second room however was not great the bathroom was not cleaned. Please see attached photos. I am very disappointed with this room as I said before I work with a Wyndham property I know what Wyndham provides and what not. This room was not inspected and should have been. The beds looked great to me but the bathroom honestly grossed me out. The toilet seat was up and had something in the toilet the shower curtain needed to be changed as I immediately see a hole in it the tub could be redone it looks old lots of wear and tear. The carpets had stains which didn’t bother me none my Main concern is the cleanliness of the bathroom. Please look at attached photos below. As a Wyndham property please look into your brand standards because this was not it. One more comment I have to say is my friend booked two rooms using her Wyndham Reward point with my name on both rooms and the staff wasn’t sure if they could rent me the room since my friend was not there. Please educate your staff on Wyndham Rewards. I love that they offer breakfast. The front lobby looked and smelled amazing I was just disappointed with the second room. I would stay again.

Mini hope I spelled it right but the lady working the front desk she was amazing very professional!! She made you feel welcome but most importantly like you were home.         Mina , the front desk lady is awesome, great customer service. She went above and beyond to helping us with the lost and found item. Calling us, and spending her time to have it shipped out to us without charge. Thanks Mina for your kindness

        Ok so I want to start off by saying that thos hotel is in a location that they could easily charge 100 a night. The rooms are awesome I ended up staying here for a month while I was looking for a home. Mina specifically was awesome! On a personal note I was receiving dialysis and got sick, it turns out I was having a heart attack. Every day Mina and the other staff would smile and ask me how I was feeling! The whole staff loved my dog and honestly being far away from my family it felt great to have them be so great to me every morning. If I could give this hotel a million stars I would. The rooms like I was saying were great. I have stayed at the nugget before and these are way better! The bathroomss were spacious and perfect for my needs. The chef downstairs made me an awesome burger and listened when I said to make It salt free! The casino was pretty fun although I mostly only play caveman keno. I don't know how good my opinion would be for that. The security guards were all great too, I feel like I should definitely give them an honorable mention for protecting my challenger while I was in the hospital for a few days! I hope this hotel keeps prospering and the people who work there stay safe and have happy lives. Truly Thank you.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
