Really pleased I chose this hotel whilst visiting Riyadh for the boxing. Me and my son were greeted by Mohammed at the front desk with a big smile and he’s information was excellent. We were on the 22nd floor which is the one under the swimming pool which was really convenient and the pool was also great. Bedroom was really good. Huge bed, cold air con and a great bathroom with excellent views. All in all a 5/5 experience.

The worst service ever! They took very long time to take bring the chicken caesr salad, and when they did, it was missing the chicken, they took the dishes and didn’t even refill it! They just added some chicken! We asked for empty plates more than 3 times! For 40 minutes now, still we didn’t get them! Not even an apology is heard and after the 40 minutes, we still didn’t get the food! There is no Manager even to talk to at reception! They make coupons to bring people for marketing & give worse experience ever!

I checked in at this Ramada after paying for the hotel booking prior to arrival with my company card. Once i arrived late at night they told me it had not been paid for and I’d need to pay a deposit to get the room, so I gave them my credit card. The next day I see they had charged the full amount for the stay again to my personal card. They told me they can’t issue refunds with credit cards and they would need to refund me via IBAN. It’s not been over 2 weeks since I left and there is still no refund, when you call there is no manger or person to speak to, I am now having to contest the second charge on my personal credit card as a result of the missing refund and no ability to speak to anyone there who seems to be able to help.. It’s been a huge time and effort wasted for something that should not have happened in the first place.

What a fantastic place to spent the weekend. We a have a sumptuous buffet dinner. And lots of food options. And desserts. You gotta try it. We used our coupon to avail of this and it cost 80sar for one person..nicee!. Highly recommended 👌

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
