Room was dirty, splatters on the walls, dirt and old socks under the pull out couch. Fridge was dirty and so was around the microwave. The shower curtain had one screw on each side holding it up. The toilet didn't work on arrival. The elevators are NOT inspected and didn't work very well. They are over due a year or more. Obviously they need work and they haven't done it to pass. The shuttle was free which was nice, but the driver was not polite. He drive way too fast, didn't use signals, cut people off. He was driving 70 in a 35 by the airport. Just negative overall

We stayed here because our flight was late and they offered a free airport shuttle so one less worry. The gentleman driving the shuttle helped load our bags. Check in staff was not friendly, did not smile. Hotel is definitely aged but they tried to make updates. Room wasnt outdated but definitely worn. tile floor in the hotel room was a good idea so it didn’t hold that stale smell. There was black mold spots on bathroom ceiling, crawling bug on wall, hair in sheets, stains on mattress. Beds were comfortable though and a nice Large tv. Breakfast display was a nice variety, no fruit though. A worker kept coming around, cleaning and restocking was very nice. Road and air noise was loud being right off main road and near airport but didn’t bother me.

This hotel was so overpriced for what it was. I feel like we totally wasted our money. We had an overnight layover and I thought the free shuttle would make it worth it to pay a little more to stay here over a lower priced hotel nearby. I thought it would be nicer. I was wrong. First, we had to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle after arriving at the pickup point. The front desk insisted that we couldn't call the shuttle until we were standing at the pickup point, not while we were walking there. So we waiting for 20 minutes. Then check-in was super slow. There was one staff member trying to handle tons of people with slow computers. Finally the room: the beds were super uncomfortable and squishy, as were the pillows. Most of the room was decently clean minus mildew in the shower. We hardly slept because the beds sucked. In the morning, we decided to bail on the shuttle and pay for an uber because we didn't want to risk being late and had to get up so early for our flight. This was a complete waste for a quick layover. If I could do it again I'd stay somewhere cheaper and just take an uber.

First impression of this place was the filthy hallway. Looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in a week. Go into the room and the tub is nasty. Idk who's giving this place five stars but maybe they're giving certain rooms to "certain" people, if you know what I mean. For over $100/night this needs to be a lot cleaner. Food stains on the floor and in the microwave. Called for housekeeping to come clean instead of switching rooms. We got in late from our flight and just wanted a shower and to relax with some family. Had to wait for housekeeping to come clean the bathroom which took forever for them to come. If they clean like they're supposed to and actually take pride in their job they could get a better rating. This is not an 8/10 place. More like a 5/10 or 1 star for cleanliness... Oh and what's the deal with the phone in the room not being plugged in? No dial tone on the receiver had to use the speaker phone to dial the front desk... You know guests are coming! If it needs to be charged do that ahead of time! Ridiculous! Oh and left behind trash when we pulled out the ottoman

Stopped here for a short travel stay. Reservations were quick and easy to make and the checkin as well.My room was spacious and bathroom very clean and presentable. Shuttle driver was A1! Would definitely recommend

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
