I live this hotel, I can't say enough good things about the staff, they're just all so wonderful. After a long day of travelling, they sent us a lovely fruit tray!! This is the second time staying here and they remembered us after 7 months! So sweet. The rooms are clean and smell good . I'm very happy with our stay here as usual. I won't say anywhere else in Tbilisi. Thank you 😊

The Ramada Old City Tbilisi has some drawbacks, such as its distant location from the center and discrepancies between website photos and reality. WE noted issues with the heating system, resulting in cold rooms, especially in family rooms. Breakfast is deemed average, with additional charges for certain coffees, and the service is criticized for being slow. Despite some positive aspects like parking, TV with WiFi, and internet, the overall impression leans towards recommending first-time visitors explore better options due to the hotel's age and cleanliness issues.

Regarding the location and facilities, they were quite good, and the staffs are friendly, except for an incident involving one staff member at the reception (Lobby). We stayed at your establishment on November 21st, 2023. While taking an evening stroll around 9:30 PM, Children merely went to take a peek at the pool. Suddenly, a front office staff member approached us and, in a rather loud manner, demanded that we leave immediately. I explained that we were not there to use the pool, the kids were curious too see facility. We check-in late, and we were planning to check out in the morning. Despite this, he continued to shout at us, making the kids quite frightened, and we felt compelled to leave. Interestingly, at that time, there were still individuals using the pool past the stipulated working hours (which were until 9:00 PM). This incident left us feeling quite insulted, which was unexpected from Ramada. We never faced such experience from Ramada or any other hotels. If necessary, concerned individuals can review the CCTV footage to verify these events. I kindly request that corrective action be taken to ensure that no other guests encounter such a disappointing experience. Thank you.

The lady receptionist and bellhop were very friendly and helpful. However, during our stay in the hotel, the fire alarm went off, and a group of hotel staff came and accused us in an inappropriate way of saying that one of us was smoking, even though none of us smoked. They asked to inspect the place, and the device continued to work several times in an annoying manner, which put my children in a state of panic. The workers came to my room several times and eventually discovered that it was from another room.

My room was spacious and super clean. The staff is very friendly and polite. We had to leave early, and we received a takeaway breakfast box. It is not in the citycentre, but there are several shops and bakeries nearby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
