        Decent hotel and good city location with alot of Indian food variety options nearby. Disappointed to see non of the toilets in this hotel has faucet to clean up after nature calls in the toilet. We have to use toilet papers. And when we asked for a mug they provided us a pan. I hope the management takes this issue into consideration as many people use jet spray to clean after they are done.because when I checked in I saw majority of the tenants were Indians, and Indians don't use toilet papers. Barely it would even cost them to fix a faucet in every toilet .it's funny , they feel toilet papers cleans it better, rather than water and soap. Otherwise this hotel deserves a five star. Even the window view is beautiful with good city views. Good breakfast , with Indian dishes.Staffs are also polite.

        In summary, the whole place needs some TLC. Rooms, restaurant, and lobby all need updating. Located in a run down area and so do not expect nice views. Proximity to shopping malls and markets is excellent however and just a short taxi journey away. If you like Indian food (I do), then plenty to choose from within walking distance. Unable to comment on price as paid a premium for Xmas weekend. That said I am sure there are better options available close by. On the plus side, service was friendly and efficient. Has the potential to be so much better.

        Very arrogant and unprofessional staff at the reception. Instead of listening and assisting the guest they are very very rude. They are in hospitality industry and need to understand the sense of it not very arrogant to customer. Please give the reception staff a basic training of handling guest and show some hospitality. I am very very disappointed. I think local hotels in Thailand are far better than your hotel. Hotel doesn't become best by just building, real essence is the staff who decide to make it best or worst. My name is Vinayak and I am at reception waiting.

        The rooms were decent and spacious. It was hygienic. Our room had no view (superior room) However, This place has not been renovated for a long time. There is no water bidet/jet spray in the bathroom which needs to be upgraded considering mostly Indian tourists stay here. The flush system is slow n old. The swimming pool is good but need to relook at the timings as it's only 10am-6pm. Breakfast was average. Expected more by Ramada. There are many Indian restaurants around if you need options. Location is fairly good as it's in the middle of the city. Staff were good. We checked in early n rooms were not available and they gave us a place to rest. Thai folks are mostly very punctual so ensure you are on time for breakfast, cabs and boat rides. Overall it was an okay place for a short stay. Ramada needs to invest in upgrading the place considering their brand name .

        Premium hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Good Neat & Clean rooms. Deluxe Suite is totally value for money. Rates are moderate and affordable. BUT NO JETSPRAY IN THE WASHROOMS SO NOT SUITABLE FOR INDIANS
