        Overall a merely sufficient hotel in the heart of Busan, with a slightly overvalued reputation. The room itself is very average, kept clean but clearly requiring some maintenance. The coin laundry is underequipped and the hotel facilities are functional at best. The 25th floor pool and sky bar is under renovation with no warning given. The worst aspect of this hotel is the lack of amenities like toothbrushes, razors, and body cream under the guise of environmental protection. With most hotels offering large amenities bottles and/or wooden toothbrushes it feels like an insult to be asked to pay for more, even a nominal amount. Finally, the surrounding neighbourhood is well connected but full of drunks and cheap women for hire. Decidedly average in my opinion, and not reflective of the Wyndham brand.

        All were satisfactory during our 4-night stay. Great location as it’s just beside Busan station. Helpful reception. Comfy beds. Room size is good for us as we travel light. Might be an issue if you have more than 1 big+1 small luggages. Slightly noisy because we had to open our windows for the night but we slept well.

        It’s okay staying here for one night if you’re on your way to somewhere else, as it’s within walking distance of the Train Station. As a Wyndham Rewards Diamond member I did not get the standard “suite upgrade” as requested via email, but was given a double room on a “Club Floor” which entitled me to several mini bar items: beer and a couple of snacks. I received a cup of tea and some petit fours in the restaurant. Our room was very small, so it could only fit a double bed, not the usual king or even a queen bed. The bathroom was also tiny, with very little storage and hanging space. As we were on a high floor at least we had partial harbour and city views.

        Despite science telling us that the body needs to cool down to sleep well, the powers that be in this hotel have no qualms about keeping the thermostat or air-conditioning on “warm” during the autumn and I suspect winter season too. A call to the customer service to ask how to change it to “cool” was met with “please open the window” to solve this problem. Yes the cold air outside may be able to come in through the one window but how does the warm air exit the room? I come from a tropical country and no hotel in my country keeps the room temperature at around 30°C with no circulation or ventilation. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you have no problems living or sleeping in a sauna. I suspect they keep the temperature centrally managed to keep up their “3-star environmental” rating or something like that. Not customer-centric at all. Their templated reply will be “oh we take every feedback seriously and will strive to improve…” Rubbish corporate talk from a supposed GM who doesn’t seem to have the power to make decisions. This same feedback was submitted in 2022 and in 2023 we’re experiencing the same rubbish. At least it’s near the station, taxi stand, and lots of attractions. That’s the only saving grace.

        The room: the fact that there were many outlets to charge multiple devices was a huge convenience. The TV options were fantastic, there was always something to watch. The bed was really nice, and the overhead shower was fantastic (although I was hoping for higher water pressure). On the other hand, the view was lacking, the room was pretty noisy, and having no washlet feature on the toilet was a slight inconvenience. The hotel: It's located very conveniently with being only a stone's throw from Busan Station. It's surrounded by many options for cafes/restaurants, convenience stores and even a supermarket if you walk about 8 minutes. The biggest complaint I had about the hotel was the elevators weren't very "smart" and always had me waiting. Amenities: The laundry room could use a couple more dryers, as there were many people waiting late into the evening to dry their clothes (it was a rainy weekend). As far as the other amenities (the pool, the bar, the gym, etc.) are concerned, I didn't have a chance to experience them. Also, be forewarned, the hotel does not provide toothbrushes. Bring your own.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
