I paid for the room but they secretly rented it to someone else! !And lost things in my room!!! Very very disrespectful guest. I booked a room for a month. The last 5 days I wasn't staying here because of other things and when I came back to check out, I found that someone else was already staying in the room. I paid for a whole month's room and they secretly rented my room again to someone else and lost my things in my room. A white bearded staff member had a very bad attitude and said that they rented it out when they saw that no one was there and asked me to tell them about my private trips when I am not here for a couple of days, which is just an invasion of privacy. It is my free where I live and I paid for it and that's what my room should be reserved for me. And there is no compensation for lost items and the re-rented room. Don’t come and stay here, guests’ personal things and rooms will not be protected!

I booked here because everything else was full. The hotel gets the job done. Its moderately clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast room absolutely packed, even overcrowded. Messe is close but not at all in walking distance. Taxi or escooter is advised. All in all a good hotel, but better options available for slightly higher prices.

Itˋs a nice & price worthy stay in a good location next to the munich messe. The hotel is big in size and has plenty of parking opportunities (pay extra 5$/day). But for me the room is pretty basic, no real comfort. They have a locker safe, but don’t provide a lock.(you may bring your own or ask at the reception) The beds are to small, the hallway too noisy. Breakfast place is way too small for a hotel of this size & food is pretty basic. I would choose it again for a day or two if i’m on a budget. But only for business or solo travel.

Clean hotel, close to the conference center and on walking distance of the U-bahn station Moosfeld. But the area where the hotel is located is more an industrial area and a red light district with pool dancing, night clubs, and sauna clubs. Feels strange and not secure, especially after 20:00. Most of the staff in the hotel doesn't (want to) German. Which is OK for me, but I can imagine that it feels strange in the HQ of Bavaria. As such the hotel has a more modern look and feel, and it's not typically Bavarian style. The hotel room is just standard. Not cosy. The bed sheets had s****m stains of a previous visitor. And the pillow did not have a lot of contents. This was also the first hotel (and I've been to a lot!), where you had to get a separate lock to close the room safe. Which was nothing more than an closet door. What I found positive is the small store next to the reception where you can buy a pizza, salad, snacks, and drinks. Unfortunately the minimum sales amount is 10 euro if you want to pay by card.

not recommended - 10 minutes walk from the metro in chilly & dark winter is no fun; the reception service (white bearded guy) is extremely unfriendly, doesn’t speak english at all even i tried to use google translate but he refused so ended up no explanation on anything except passing me the room card. room & towels can be cleaner but sigh… and having those cheap furniture reminds me on those student hostel days. room heater shut off by itself in the middle of the night (and not on for hours) so i gotta wrap myself up like a sushi, perhaps the inn should be called SUSHI inn. worse is the bugs bite after wrapping myself like a sushi (see photo)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
