Easy to find if you travel to the airport. Free parking is available in the side street, though, not in front of the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly, the beds are very, very comfy. Due to unexpected flight delays, we were forced to stay just for a few hours instead of days, but really enjoyed our time. The staff was so nice to us. Really appreciated!

The Ramada Encore provided a comfortable stay. The location is good and the staff are professional and cooperative. The check-in and check-out process were smooth and easy. The rooms were clean and well equipped with all of the required amenities (The touch screen type switches are attractive). However, the restrooms did not have hot tubs and appear to be modest by hotel standards. Despite the limited option on the menu, the food was excellent and delicious. The hotel have a pool that I did not use, while the gym was good. My overall experience was good.

The location of the hotel is really good. It is a hotel that you will be satisfied with in terms of price and performance. There is a bus and taxi stand right next to the airport and other directions. It is within walking distance to shopping malls where companies such as McDonalds and Starbucks are located. The employees are polite and the service is fast.

We had the pleasure of staying at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Hotel, and it truly deserves a five-star rating.🏆 The pricing was reasonable considering the high level of comfort provided. The culinary experience was outstanding, with a diverse menu showcasing exquisite flavors, to cater its diverse groups of guests. The service was impeccable; every staff member demonstrated professionalism and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.👏👏👏 The staff's attentiveness and courtesy added an extra layer of comfort to our stay; special mentions to Miss Gima & Miss Myra, Thank you!❣️ The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, and the amenities, from the fitness center to the pool, were top-notch. Ramada Encore Hotel offers a well-rounded and exceptional experience across price, food, service, staff, location, and amenities. Definitely, this is the best place to stay in Muscat! Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
