Don’t stay here. We picked this hotel because we thought it would be close to the airport for our flight home. The hotel had a septic/sewage smell to it that was not pleasant. My room was on the third floor in the front of the hotel and it was extremely loud. I could hear everything outside. The first night I could barely sleep it was so noisy. In the morning I noticed that my window did not seal and that was contributing to the noise. When I spoke with the hotel staff they took a look and told me to use a pillow case to seal the window. They reluctantly agreed to switch my room. Breakfast was meh. There was fruit and an omelette station. Nothing else seemed good. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Overall I urge you to find somewhere else to stay. My stay was not pleasant and I did not get a good nights rest while I stayed here.

Ramada Encore Makati, Makati, Manila This hotel boasts an excellent location in Makati. Not only was the entire hotel and our room spotless, but the staff were also exceptionally helpful. It's a real treat to have both a gym and a sauna on site! Additionally, their rooftop with a bar and restaurant offers an amazing ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped. My only minor critique would be the absence of a robe in the room for the sauna. Other than that, I can't fault anything. And for those wondering, they accept credit cards. Highly recommend!

Rooms: The first room given doesn't have a working AC. Service: We tried booking for a dinner at skydeck as early as a month before the event but no one replied to confirm our booking then when we got to the hotel they inly have our room reservation and not our dinner reservation. Location: Easily accessible but limited parking.

The staff here are very rude and unhelpful the room I booked says city view but all you can see are dirty pipes and its also very noisy. The lighting is very dim and you can't open the curtains as there's no privacy. The bathroom door is broken and the A/C isn't working properly. I asked to move rooms and they are charging me. I would not recommend this place, it has actually ruined my holiday.

This is one of the hotels in makati that is asking for additional charge if you requested plates and glass sets, so be aware. Overall, the experience is great and pleasantly acceptable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
