Room was quite small but the service is good. Shout out to the cleaner lady in floor 11. She was so nice and very helpful. She greets us every morning and she help us to get an adapter. Location was pretty good and about 5-7 minutes walk to the mtr station

Location-wise, the best. Walking distance to known attractions in the area, a lot of essential commercial establishments including local and international brands. Service and staff - satisfactory. Request was granted with regard to housekeeping. Room, small but adequate for 2 adults. Luggages can be stored under the bed but to spread them you need to placed them on top of the bed. Bed/s are just okay but not super comfortable. Adequate spaces for storage of small things. Bathroom is small but with strong water pressure and responsive heating - both shower and sink. No bidet for the water closet. Cleanliness is okay but not spot-free.

This is not a four star hotel, it is a former 4 star hotel that has lowered its ambitions to a barely sustainable level. The rooms are small and somewhat worn but clean. The breakfast does not suit the western traveller, and the eastern traveller finds the quality of the food lacking. Don't sit on the furniture in the lobby, they are more or less broken and you will find yourself sitting much lower and rather uncomfortable if you try. Staff is nice and friendly.

It should not have a star at all! 4 stars? Joke. The staff is so rude. I booked the wrong date through trip and call to request amend date and I will top up the difference. This 4 star hotel staff ask me so what's my problem? I have to follow the regulation in the booking policy, that no refund, or amendment. Wow. Their brain is so dead, not flexible at all. Whereelse Singapore Ramada/Days Hotel used to change my hotel date for me. Its that simple. Should just close down this so call 4 STAR hotel very soon.

Tiny room, with two tiny single beds. Luggage had to sit on the window sill. The mattresses were basically wires covered in sheets, sleep equals torture; Shower were less 20" wide. The curtain wraps on body if you turn around; Toilet paper right above water tank behind you. You'd have to twist your arm to get it. Yes, you could pay more get a better room, and wish did. But for US $250 per night off season, expected some decency
