        I was there on jan 1 st week of 2024. The review is based on that date period. Room s were neat and bathroom was clean. But the bathroom is too small. Wash basin to brush teeth and gargle was too small. Otherwise its good. I got the corner harbor view. Keep in mind only few rooms have the harbour View as new building s have come up. Ask for it specific on the top most floor. Room service is good. They come clean every day. We never had any bad experience as such. Walkable distance to metro. The price we stayed at was worth it. Didn't get time to explore the pool or their restaurant. Over all i will recommend this.

        Ramada Harbour View in Sai Ying Pun Hong Kong is a property with nice view. The best thing about this hotel is, that it is closed to subway. The rooms are neat and clean but small in size. Washbasin and bathing area is very small. The smallest bedroom and bathroom I ever had. They only have hooks on wall to hang clothes, not a single wardrobe. They have a rooftop swimming pool but it was closed.

        This Ramada is aging poorly. Rooms are worn more each year. Very hard beds. I booked a night after a very long flight. I confirmed I can check in early. Turned out that was not possible. They had a full house. Many people checked out as I wanted to check in. They said room service only start at 10am ( which the next morning they started way earlier and woke me up). I know these situations can happen- but then the hotel tries to help you find something else. I just needed to sleep a few hours. This guy could not care less. He said: full, not possible, back to his cell phone. He could not care less. I only end up here every few years and every time I regret it more. The hotel is a semi dump. And the staff is made up from cave people that could not care less.

        I had a good stay but for the price (630hkd) I rate it as okay. What disappointment most was the general feel of the room, the busy elevators and the small breakfast. I booked a superior room with view of the mountains, the view was good and as advertised. However, on the images the room looked a bit more fresh and new than it was. I didn’t neccesarily notice dirty things but still the room felt a bit old and musty. Secondly the breakfast was bit small, not much too choose from. Mainly rice, buns, noodles, eggs, cornflakes and some meat. Furthermore the staff was fine, no complaints. Lastly for a busy hotel with 36 floors only 3 elevators was often not enough. Especially in the morning I was waiting for 5 minutes in the lobby to get an elevator to ground level.

        The room is small for its price. But I love that they keep on changing towels and cleaning the bathroom everyday. Maybe we’re lucky to have a nice city view, but the elevator is slow, which made me lazy to go down to buy food. There is one instances that the elevator skipped our floor. That’s just our one concern. But overall besides the room size for its price, it’s a great and clean experience!
