        The staff go above and beyond in friendliness and taking care of their visitors! I became very ill around 2am. My daughter and husband called the front desk and asked for them to call an ambulance. When the EMS arrived, they brought them straight up and security stood at the door to protect our privacy and in case we needed anything. EMS found that my sugar had dropped dangerously low, I was fighting to stay awake not knowing what was wrong with me as this was the first time this happened to me in my 61 yrs of life. They put an IV in me and gave my husband glucose and juice to give me. I was then taken to a private hospital. The hospital staff and Dr were absolutely wonderful. Today I am back in this lovely hotel. At 7am as we returned back, they were waiting for me with a wheelchair so I wouldn't have to walk to the room. The management just brought me a large fresh fruit plate along with a card addressed to me saying they hope I am feeling better, And if I need anything, just let them know! Soooo sweet! My family and I are more than happy of how the staff and managers are taking care of us! Thank you so much and we will definitely book this Ramada Inn next time we come to Dubai!!!

        I can say best choices if you have business and bring your family with you. The location is so amazing that even if you have many stores that includes two supermarket and two laundary plus pharmacy and restaurants. There is playground for kids that in the middle between the hotels and other buildings. The rooms are big and the living room amazing. They upgrade my room with balcony that yoy can stay in see around you the beauty around you. The swimming pool is good.

        We had a flood in our suite at 1am on New Year's Eve. Water was pouring down the window, flooding our bedroom and the kitchen below. These things happen - the upstairs neighbors had a leak in their bathroom. But the staff's handling of the incident was deplorable. We called the front desk twice and no one intervened. Then we had to go downstairs and ask for 2 rooms to replace our suite. The manager, Ahmed, was not concerned, and we had to insist on being rehoused at 2am with our children, who were no longer on the same floor as us. We asked for compensation and he replied that we should be happy to have 2 rooms and because we had a Booking promotion they couldn't do anything.
