I selected this hotel because I am familiar with the brand. The facilities are beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and have great views from the balcony and perfect bathtubs for relaxing. The staff are exceptional and friendly. From check in to check out, every person made sure I felt good about my stay. This was a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling from the United States because it has everything to make you feel at home and it's located right next to the heart of the city. Absolutely perfect!

I stayed at this hotel during a recent visit and I’ve given this an overall score of 3. I would like to make a special mention to Ali working at reception who was very warm and welcoming. We booked this hotel on the basis it was 5 stars, although having stayed there for 7 nights, it’s probably 3 at very best in my opinion. We liked the outdoor pool, games room and the kids really enjoyed the children room which is managed by a lovely lady. Apart the cleaners and Ali from reception, majority of the staff working at the hotel don’t appear to want to work there and this was reflected in the service we received. There are plenty of options for breakfast although I’m not sure the pastries are fresh every morning. Please do consider providing English breakfast tea to your guest! The finish of the rooms are lacking in quality and detail. Our bathroom sink had a chip and masking tape was left on the balcony area where decorators had painted the wall. It’s the small things that count. The main lobby is large and impressive. Good place to relax in the evenings listening to the piano after dinner. Overall we made our stay a memorable one, and hopefully the small things are ironed out to ensure it meets the 5 star rating given online.

Spent a week, all-inclusive with family. Rooms were clean, comfortable and serviced daily. No body lotion included with toiletries, –☹️. What’s worse, they were selling, sweets and toiletries in the room. How demeaning, for a Five Star Hotel. Most of the aerobics equipment in the gym were not working, and the attendant was clueless😮 The entertainment was light, archery, – 10 minutes, water aerobics– 10 minutes, and darts. On a happier note, there was an inaugural bike ride to a local waterfall, 8 km. Splendid. Low-key evening entertainment. The hotel receptionists could be abrupt (except Ali, who was a delight). Equally, the staff at the lobby bar was less welcoming. The food and catering staff were outstanding, with wide-ranging choices and daily theme.

The hotel has a great location and room cleaning staff very good. However, if you carefully check the recent reviews, this hotel has considerable management problems with bad attitude towards customers. With much lower cost, you can stay family operated and more friendly hotels around the area. No need to waste time and resources on badly managed chain hotels.

The beautiful and gigantic lobby is an acoustic echo chamber, and adding to that, they have a pianist playing at 10 pm which excites all the children playing there, making it impossible to sleep in addition the playroom area closes at night so everybody goes to the lobby, the parents start to drink alcohol in the bar. Moreover, the concierge lies to you saying they will do something about it. Update: My girlfriend suffered from food poisoning at the restaurant of the hotel, resulting in her vomiting throughout the night and subsequently developing a fever. Additionally, on the day she fell ill, we had a planned excursion. Naturally, we had to cancel it. I approached the reception desk to inform them that the trip was prepaid and all they needed to do was to notify the driver, who was expected at the hotel at 7 am, that we wouldn't be attending. However, at 7 am, someone knocked on our door to inform us that the driver was waiting. Finally, we almost fell victim to a scam by the Uber drivers located to the right of the hotel. When we sought assistance at the reception for an alternative way to reach the airport, their only suggestion was to use the same taxi group.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
