Highly recommend this hotel. I came to Istanbul for a rhinoplasty and I think this is one of the best hotels you can stay at if you come for a surgery because of its high quality services. Our room was always perfectly cleaned and the housekeeper changed our bedsheets every day. The staff provided me with an ice every hour which helped me a lot with the bruising and swelling. I really appreciate their support and efforts for making my healing process a lot easier. The location of the hotel is also great. There are two big malls nearby and a lot of restaurants. Prices at the hotel’s restaurant are also reasonable and the food was delicious, but the menu can be improved to contain more choices. The staff is really nice and friendly.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel, highlighted by the perfect view from my window. The staff were incredibly polite and provided amazing service throughout my stay. The amenities, including a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, and Turkish bath, were exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the cherry juice, which was always available at the reception. My only concern was the lighting in my room, which wasn't very bright, making the room feel quite dim in the evenings.

Hello my experience with this hotel was amazing, I stayed for 4 nights ,the room was so clean and fresh, the room service is at point , the food is amazing and fancy , over all this hotel deserves the five stars. The facilities in the hotel are amazing they offer you spa and Turkish hamam . Over all 10/10 . Recommend 100%

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
