I have been a guest for a few years now and I have to say the quality of the rooms is steadily declining year after year. The rooms are not very clean, many have mold, dirty windows etc. Also saw many times dirty dishes on the staircase (I guess they assume no one's taking the stairs). If I didn't have a discount from an event I'm attending nearby I would not stay there. For any casual travellers I cannot recommend until they clean the rooms up.

We visited the Ramada Plaza for 4 days and the Hotel and the location are great. Very nice rooms, clean and quiet. The Hotel is a bit outdated, but still nice. Big minuses: - Very slow WiFi - the restaurant area for breakfast is way too small and there was chaos at breakfast. Rush hour feeling, very messy.

Pleased with our room, it's decent and clean for the price. It's an older hotel, but it doesnt look or smell like it. I like that they also offer bigger rooms which was a plus to me and parking was safe and free.

The staff and service are perfect, and they really make the hotel what it is, meanwhile the bathrooms are a bit grungy and moldy and the location is in a little bit more industrial part of Milan, although the price is affordable. The hotel is fine although it has outdoor walkways that you have to cross to get to from building to building so I’d guess it’s better for summer rather than winter.

The service in this hotel is beyond his stars to be honest. Smiley friendly but Unfortunately they charge us more money in check out and they said because Booking.com made a mistake in the price on its website, which first time happened to me on my trips. The rooms are good in general, kinda need more maintenance but not bad. Location is only 9 min to the M1 line of the Metro and directly 8 stations to Dumo.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
