The location is very convenient, it is within walking distance from the airport and also not too far from the Shanghai Metro. My flight arrived after midnight, I couldn't see any taxi cars around and I did not want to wait for the shuttlebus, so I just walked to the hotel. The hotel room was a decent size. It was clean and comfortable. I couldn't find any fault. I liked the electronic Japanese-style toilet, I have never used one before. The buffet breakfast was also lovely. There was a wide range of Chinese and Western breakfast items. I tried a bit of everything. My favourite was the wonton soup, which was made to order. Staff were also very helpful and nice.

Perfect if you’re staying on a lay over for the airport. Transfer is quick, less than 5 minutes and the bus runs every 30 minutes most of the day. The rooms are spacious. Dated but have everything you need. The noise from the aircraft taking off is pretty loud. They give you ear plugs. I would advise using them if you’re a light sleeper. The TV did not work and we put the air con on 14 degrees and the room was still very warm. The beds are reasonably comfortable. The shower is good. Fine for one night, I wouldn’t want to stay any longer. The gym is pretty good but the advertised sauna was not working. Didn’t have breakfast. The staff are friendly enough. When we arrived they told us there was a planned power outage and we had to wait 30 minutes to get into our room. They gave us cake a coffee whilst we waited.

Checking in and out was pleasant and quick. The room is spacious and everything was working. It is clearly a well frequented location due to its proximity to the airport, but nothing was totally worn out or needed immediate attention. There are a few English language TV channels - was very surprised to see AFLW being broadcast in Shanghai. Breakfast choices were adequate with both Eastern and Western options available. Food tastes better than what is offered in many of the hotels I stay at in the US. Getting to and from the airport via taxi is quick. The hotel provides a free shuttle service, but may not be at convenient times. There is a schedule for the airport shuttle however I was left stranded as the shuttle was at least 10 minutes early (I was early too) and the hotel doorman was adamant it was my fault for not getting on when it showed up. As this is a 4 star hotel, it should “offer a deluxe guest experience”, however I did not experience that anywhere. The doorman/shuttle experience just made things worse.

The hotel is very close to the airport, 1.5km, and has a regular bus shuttle to bring you there. It's a nice hotel with everything you need, the room I stayed is big and nice, the TV didn't have the signal but I was too tired to check which is the problem. My biggest problem was the extremely soft bed, being very difficult for me to sleep in a good position and waking up with back pain. Beside this, the breakfast is extremely various and tasty. If you need a hotel close to the airport, this is it.

Convenient location, 5mins taxi to the hotel. staff greeted us after midnight since we arrived very late. Don't bother with shuttle, it doesn't run often enough.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
