        Although it is an international brand, Ramada Plaza SZ north is a very typical Chinese hotel. Lobby is big and bright, but overall it is not internationalize. Front desk is not well trained, they do not have customer service. Room is huge and bed is comfortable as usual, the maintenance is not well. However, it is already far more better than those local Chinese brand hotel, for short staying in SZ, it is absolutely no problem.

        Definitely the worst Ramada hotel i use to live. Smoke smell in room, maintenance service out of professionalism ( 3 days to change batteries for safe, the. Guy came , change safe, does not work, left with safe and never came back with new safe until check out 3 days after) wifi unusable ( very slow) wlan the same. Asked support but nothing I left 3 days before planned date.

        Although it is an international brand, Ramada Plaza SZ north is a very typical Chinese hotel. Lobby is big and bright, but overall it is not internationalize. Front desk is not well trained, they do not have customer service. Room is huge and bed is comfortable as usual, the maintenance is not well. However, it is already far more better than those local Chinese brand hotel, for short staying in SZ, it is absolutely no problem.

        Very large rooms way beyond what is needed. Would have far preferred that in room maintenance was better - all sorts of lights, doors etc either not working or in poor state of repair.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
