I recently stayed at the Ramada Plaza By Wyndham Istanbul Sultanahmet and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Sultanahmet, making it convenient to explore all the major attractions. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. However, what truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Othman at the reception. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay and was always ready to assist with any queries or requests. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help made me feel valued as a guest. In fact, Othman's exceptional service was one of the main reasons why I chose to revisit this hotel for a second time.

This hotel literally robs guest. They were so quick to charge me double while checking-in, and yet they never pay me or answer my request. During my 12 days stay there, refund wasn't processed. Two weeks passed since I am back home. I emailed them several times, yet not a single reply from the management. I placed international call several times to reach the manager. The reception hung up on me twice. Finally, I managed to talk to the manager. He said my refund will be made within a week. More than a week later, I still don't see refund on my credit card account. They robbed 2,100 euros from me. If you think you would receive an average service and hospitality you would typically expect from any Ramada Franchise, run away fast from this hotel. This hotel steal money from their guest and lies that they are helping me out. I wish I could rate negative Five Stars. ----------- I called the hotel again yesterday at midnight. The reception told me the manager will be available 1 hour later. I waited until 1:30am to talk to him. I called again and was told the manager is in the meeting. The reception told me to call again in an hour. Waited another hour until 2:30pm (PST). Guess what happened? They hung up on me more than 10 times and subsequently blocked my number. Such a filthy way to treat guests.

Stayed here for 3 nights in November. Great location near plenty of shops and attractions with the subway round the corner to get further afield. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the free WiFi was excellent. Service was also great, with a special mention to Maya on reception who was very kind and helpful, she went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Would highly recommend

An elegant hotel with excellent customer service, offering all the amenities a tourist needs. Located in the historical and bustling area of Sultanahmet, I chose it for its proximity to the metro station and the convenience of nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Within approximately 30 minutes on foot, you can reach famous landmarks in the area, such as Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar, and Topkapi Palace. My only observation is that the rooms might not reach the highest level of luxury, but honestly, it matches the price paid for it.

Unfortunately, we became ill and were unable to go on vacation. We are Turkish and asked nicely if they could make an exception. they didn't do it. Many other hotels would be much nicer in such an emergency. Now we have to pay so much for Nothing. Thats a really Bad Service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
