        I typically do not leave reviews, but after seeing some of the negative comments, I had to share my great experience. I'm not sure what rooms others had, but this hotel is very well kept. From arrival, the front desk worker was pleasant, quite friendly, and looked up rates for additional days without any problems. And the pool is also quite huge and inviting. The lobby area is welcoming and elegant. Exactly what I expect at any property I stay at. For the rate I paid, which included parking, breakfast, and not to mention, being in close proximity of the San Diego fun parks, this rate couldn't be beat. Once you see my photos, I'm sure you will agree! I will definitely be staying at this location again.

        Booked several months ago. Got a confirmation email 3 days before. Showed up and was not allowed in by security. They told me it was closed and is "not a hotel right now" and hasn't been for months. They did not attempt to contact me to tell me I no longer had a room. Was left to scramble to find a new hotel at the last minute. They would not even allow me to talk to someone on property because it was being used as a "federal facility". Something very shady is going on here.

        We booked this hotel for a 5 day stay back in September for a funeral in San Diego. We arrived later in the evening and the parking lot was empty. Upon entering the lobby we were told that the hotel had closed for renovations that same day. An email was send a few hours before our arrival informing us of the cancelation of the room but due to us traveling we did not see it until we checked our email in the lobby. Very bad business practice! You don't just close a hotel whenever you feel like it. A multi million dollar renovation is usually something that is planned ahead and a normal hotel would not let people book a room during the time of renovation. Just saying.... shady shady shady!

        Where do I begin. We were not made aware that there would be renovations happening during the time of our stay. Half way through we received a letter uner the door stating we needed to speak with the front desk to switch rooms immediately. Around 7am we were woken up to extremely loud sounds of workers sawing down the palm trees that surround the pool. Due to this activity, the entire pool area was closed from guests. We arrived at breakfast within operating hours to find nearly everything was gone outside of waffles and cereal. We tried to get water from the vending machine but it was out of water. We tried to use the ice machine on our floor but it was out of order. The elevator is slow and sketchy. Wifi did not work. Overall my stay here was a massive disappointment. Not being able to use the pool or receiving continental breakfast, being asked to switch rooms mid stay, & extreme disruption from loud maintenence work made this experience more of a burden than a vacation. I'll also add that both rooms we stayed in during this time were filled with stained carpets and curtains, walls caked in several layers of paint, unusable wall outlets in the bathroom due to poor placement of the mirrors, and a dingey smell. I couldn't even think of sitting on the couches they looked so old and gross. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

        I found this place to be disgusting and the owners should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. The carpet looks like it has not been cleaned for decades. I was not even comfortable walking on the carpet in my socks, let alone my bare feet. The wifi would not work anywhere in the room other than right next to the door. I complained multiple times but when I asked for a refund, guess what...they claimed to have no record of me complaining! Well, if the person I complained to at front desk does not care about my concerns then of course he would not have made a record of it!! Honestly, don't even begin to waste your money at this cesspool of filth.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
