Stayed here for 3 nights in January 2024. Unfortunately the room I was in was above the reception and near the front of the hotel. It was very noisy. Could hear the phone ring. Can hear music all night. I knew it wasn't going to be quiet but it was just too noisy. No hot water for shower. Staff were helpful. Great location. Bars and restaurants right outside the hotel. Plenty of street food vendors near the main road. 7-11 also very close by. Atm machine at the hotel.

Location location location. This historically significant street, Rambuttri Street, holds this 2 star haven, with immediate access to everything that we love about the Khao San Road area. You will hear noise from the street, but it didn't keep me awake. YMMV At 44 US for 2 nights during high season, I didn't get more than expected, but at the same time, I didn't get less, with the exception of no available hot water. The reception desk people were lovely, and the desk is open 24/7. All in all, I might select a different place next time.

Worst experience in Thailand. Just the worst hotel you can get here. Couldn't breathe in the room and the room was very dirty. Loud music until 5am so I couldn't sleep. Completely overpriced.

The room was minuscule and dirty. The room was the worst budget hostel/hotel I’ve ever seen. Rowdy and loud behaviour throughout the hotel and blaring music from outside. People attempted to join us in our room and we left 10 minutes after checking in - that’s a first! Found a hotel 5 minutes away and ten times better in every aspect and didn’t have to pay much more.

overall nice stay. no tissues in bathroom. but tissue is there in room. jet spray available too. windows are there but no balcony. reception never picks up phone but if you go and ask anything, they help. no coffee or anything in room. but they gave 2 bottles. bathroom and room is clear and neat overall. but quite small and composed. location exact in the alley. khaosan road area. lots of eateries and massage parlours and tuktak and cabs outside. you can walk. minute and then call grab or bolt..hotel has lift and luggage room too. for keeping things after check out free. overall neat hotel. genuine area, kind people, English they understand very less. budget friendly but expected to be little better than a lodge type. rooms are really compact. extension cord is available if you ask. towels they give. telephone works but they don't pick up. AC worked fine. bathroom rods need to be fixed a bit. soap and all was given. busy area so full of people and music and really party vibe. 7 eleven also near by. They kept 500 baht as security deposit for the room key

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
