        I was in Florence for a very busy visit, and I came back very tired, with the desire to relax. But I spent 2 sleepless and troubled nights in this room, which I rented in an apartment where a young couple lives and then rents yet another room. in the evenings the couple started talking, shouting, arguing, even seeming to argue loudly, their television turned on at the same high volume that could be heard in my room. The doors slammed frighteningly, either from the owners or from another guest, who was a Chinese woman. As soon as I slept, the noises woke me up immediately and I couldn't go back to sleep. until very late...I believe that someone who undertakes to rent out some rooms in his apartment must realize that the guests, paying him, and not a little for such a humid place with heavy air, need to tranquility. The quality-price ratio does not correspond. Cleanliness less than average.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
