It was a decent place to stay for a budgeted trip and location wise— perfect 💯💯 I’m just annoyed because we have to replace the key card many times and end up transferring to another room since it wont REALLY WORK, plus the placement of their telephones inside the room,it was attached on the wall and it keeps falliiiiing! The linens are a bit dirty, the shower-inoperative 🥴 Some staffs are not accomodating. Ps. My friend got bug bites 🥲🥲

I recently stayed at San Hotel, and overall, I found it to be a decent place to stay. Our travel agency booked this hotel for us, and I appreciated its convenient location, as it was close to various attractions in Cebu. The security measures in place were also reassuring, making us feel safe during our stay. Additionally, there were nearby shops to satisfy any hunger cravings. However, there were a couple of downsides to note. The water pressure in the hotel was on the low side, and there were no complimentary toiletries provided, which was a bit of a letdown. Nevertheless, it wasn't a major issue for us since we didn't spend much time in the hotel – it was primarily a place to rest for the night.

Been there and all I can say is, nice room. The linens and pillows are well prepared. When you want to be away from the city perhaps unwind a lil bit, I can recommend this place. It's really not that noisy and rooms are clean. Pros: Comfort room has heater. Shower. Clean toiletries. Freebies such as comfy slippers. Cons: Doesn't have fridge, and chair on a table. All in all, it was a good stay!

The only accommodation in our cebu trip that does not provide towels. The aircon in our room is taking a long time to cool down. Nevertheless, its a good hotel for your budgeted trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
