We stayed here from December 17 to December 23 this year 2023 for our holiday tour and we like the place because we can cook and we can do our laundry anytime we want and the grocery store is just across the road. Lot of restaurants around so if you want to dine outside it’s just a walking distance. Everyday we ask to change the bath towel and they’re quick to change it. All in all we like the place and we enjoy our stay.

Nice cozy residence hotel. Amazing location. Great for traveling by yourself or with others. The only issue was that the restroom smelled like mold but the room and kitchen were great.

Cheap for what it offers: convenient location next to a subway line, next to Ueno park, close to shops and restaurants. With enough room, if a bit little, but it is more than fair for the price they ask for. The staff was quick to answer and always polite through the stay. I would definitely go again.

Quiet neighbourhood, very close to fabric town. Nippori station and Uguisudani station about 500m away. Supermarket across street, bakery 100m away. The flat itself is pretty big (7th floor) 2 smaller rooms with 2 double beds each, a big living room with 2 double and 2 single beds, all in all room for 10 people. The double beds have 1 big duvet each (ok for couples, weird for 2 friends having to share a bed). Kitchen with hob and fridge/freezer. Only basics (plates, bowls, cups and cutlery, a pot and 2 frying pans), water cooker. TV, sofa and a tiny balcony. The bathroom is a bit smelly (the air is so moist it hardly dries out). Shower and tub, washbasin and washing machine plus powder (very handy!). Nice flat, a bit aged though and could use some freshening up. Clean.
